A McDonalds like no other, with multiple banks of self ordering screens, a mobile server who walks around taking orders and a ‘McCafe’ offering with cakes and fresh pastries – McDonalds offering has certainly moved on in recent years.
Over at Louis Vuitton it was more a case of ‘bag on top’ than ‘cherry on top’, a great scheme with a sense of humour and exquisitely realised.
In Italy Gucci not only offer luxury fashions, but a cappuccino to go with your new shoes….not sure if they only serve skinny Late’s though!

Department store Shiseido was certainly going all out to promote a range of cosmetics, from the tail fin of a whale (waterproof mascara) to windmills (organic moisturiser) and giant lips made out of lipstick – great to see such artfulness being applied to non clothing merchandise.
And finally no visit to Italy could be complete without a visit to the Ferrari store…drool.
